Easy and Convenient Returns for All Purchases
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, iBlaze Vape is here to assist.
We accept returns for all products sold on the iBlaze Vape website, with some exclusions. If you encounter any issues with your order or have any questions, feel free to reach out via live chat, our ‘Contact us’ form, email us at [email protected], or give us a call, and we’ll be more than happy to help resolve any concerns.
Once we’ve received your message, a member of our team will respond as
soon as possible and provide guidance on how to return your item or
order, if necessary.
Unwanted Items
At iBlaze Vape, we understand that you might change your mind after receiving your order. Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, but return postage is at the customer’s expense. We require tracked postage, and for items valued over £50, we recommend using an insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items sent via non-tracked or uninsured methods.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused condition with
all original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for unwanted
products that have been opened.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. Once a return form has been issued, we must receive the items within 14 days.
Please Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened e-liquids, vape kits, disposable vapes, refill pods, or pre-filled pods unless they are found to be faulty.

Faulty Items
If you’ve received an item that you believe is faulty or are experiencing issues with a product purchased from us, please contact us via email at [email protected]. A member of our team will respond as soon as possible to assist you and help resolve any issues. Where necessary, we’ll guide you through the returns process.
If we are unable to resolve the issue, your customer support agent will send you a link via email to complete our returns form. Once submitted, we’ll issue you a FREE returns label.

Please Note: For all returns, whether for faulty or unwanted items, you must first contact iBlaze Vape through our live chat, the ‘Contact Us’ form, or by emailing [email protected]. We’re available to assist Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm. Any unauthorised returns will not be processed.
For unwanted returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, and for items over £50, we advise using an insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received your item, our returns team will inspect and test the item to verify any faults or manufacturers defects. We will then immediately notify you either via email or telephone to update you on the process and the status of your refund once we have deemed the item to be faulty.
If your return has been approved, we will initiate a refund to the card you used to pay for the item. You should receive this refund within 3-5 working days depending on when the item was received and your card issuers policies.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please call us at 0161 740 7380 before 4 PM, Monday to Friday. If you contact us after 4 PM, we may not be able to cancel your order, especially if it has already been despatched.
If your order has already been shipped, you still have a 14-day “cooling off” period to return the items to us. Please follow the returns procedure outlined above to arrange for your item or order to be returned for a refund.
