At iBlazeVape, we’re dedicated to delivering your vape products quickly and securely. We aim to despatch all orders placed by 3PM, Monday to Friday, on the same day whenever possible. Please note that we do not despatch orders on weekends. If no delivery options appear at checkout, don’t hesitate to contact us for a postage quote—we’re here to help!

What is considered a “working day” for delivery?
A “working day” means Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday is part of the delivery aim, but only for delivery—not despatch. If an order is placed after 3PM on Friday, it will be despatched on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a Bank Holiday) and aimed for delivery on Tuesday. Note that Saturday delivery is not guaranteed with Royal Mail Tracked services.
When will my order be despatched?
All orders placed by 3PM, Monday to Friday, are despatched the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 3PM or on weekends are processed the next working day. This means, for example, that orders placed after 3PM on Friday or over the weekend will be despatched on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a Bank Holiday).
Do you offer weekend despatch?
No, we only despatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.
How long does Royal Mail Tracked 48 take?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims for delivery within 2–3 working days, including Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays).
How long does Royal Mail Tracked 24 take?
Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a delivery aim of the next working day, including Saturdays (excludes Bank Holidays).
How long does Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® take?
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® ensures delivery by 1PM the next working day (includes Saturdays but excludes Bank Holidays).
Is tracking available for all delivery options?
Yes, tracking is available for all our delivery options. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number. Royal Mail will also send you delivery updates via email. If you provided a phone number at checkout, you’ll receive SMS updates as well.
Why can’t I see a delivery option at checkout?
If no delivery options appear, please contact us for a custom postage quote, we’re happy to assist.
Are there delivery options for Bank Holidays?
No, despatches do not occur on Bank Holidays, and delivery services may be affected. Orders placed on or before Bank Holidays are processed on the next working day.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® provides delivery by 1PM the next working day for time-sensitive orders.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Some Royal Mail services may require a signature upon delivery. Check your tracking updates from Royal Mail, which will indicate if a signature is needed.
What happens if I’m not available at the time of delivery?
If you are unavailable, Royal Mail will either leave your parcel with a neighbour, at a local post office for pickup, or attempt a redelivery. You can use the tracking information to check where to collect it.
