Understanding Your Product Warranty
Warranty Information
As most vape kits consist of various parts, including mods, tanks, pods, and batteries (if not built-in), they are subject to different warranty periods and conditions. This is due to the consumable nature of certain elements, such as coils, pods, and batteries. If your order has been damaged during shipping or if you have missing items, please contact iBlaze Vape within 48 hours of the delivery date, and we will be happy to assist you.
Vape Kits & Mods
At iBlaze Vape, we offer a 30-day refund period for all vape kits and mods, along with a 30-day warranty for replacements. Additionally, customers can benefit from up to 6 months of extended manufacturer’s warranty. For claims related to the extended warranty, iBlaze will assist customers in liaising with manufacturers and provide support as needed.
Please note that accidental damage or normal wear and tear are not covered under either iBlaze’s warranty or the manufacturer’s extended warranty. If your vape kit or mod sustains damage, the warranty will be rendered null and void. For warranty claims, contact iBlaze in the first instance and retain all retail packaging for your device.
For eligible warranty claims, you will be required to return the item to iBlaze for assessment. This allows us to replicate and verify the reported issue(s). Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for testing; in some cases, we may need more time, especially if the fault is intermittent. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Once a return has been verified, we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label, which you can either download and print at home or print in-store.
Batteries
At iBlaze Vape, we offer a 60-day warranty period on all external batteries from the date of receipt. This warranty will be void if the battery(ies) show signs of damage due to misuse or mishandling. Additionally, general wear and tear are not covered under this warranty period.
If you suspect that your battery(ies) are faulty, please contact us with details regarding the nature of the fault, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis. If the problem is determined to be a manufacturing fault, we will replace the battery for you. You may be required to return the battery(ies) to us for verification of any faults.
Once a return has been verified, we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label, which you can either download and print at home or print in-store.
Battery Chargers
All battery chargers sold by iBlaze Vape are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. However, this warranty will be void if the charger is found to be faulty due to user error or mishandling.
If you experience any issues with your charger, please contact iBlaze Vape and provide a detailed account of the problem. This information will help us understand your specific complaint and assist in diagnosing any issues, especially if a return for testing purposes is necessary.
Once a return has been verified, we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label, which you can either download and print at home or print in-store.
E-liquids, Pods, and Disposables
E-liquids, pods, and disposable vape kits sold by iBlaze Vape are packaged in sealed containers and, as a result, are not covered by a warranty period. The only exception to this policy is if there is a manufacturing defect or fault with the product.
If you believe that a product you received is faulty upon arrival, please contact iBlaze Vape within 7 days from the delivery date so we can assist you. If your product has arrived damaged due to shipping issues, we will replace the items once you provide evidence of the damage.
If you find that any items are missing from your order upon arrival, please contact iBlaze Vape within 48 hours of delivery to allow us to rectify the issue.
Once a return has been verified, we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label that you can either download and print at home or print in-store.
Please Note: For warranty claims on disposable products, we will require the batch number from the original packaging. We are unable to process warranty claims without this information. Depending on the issue, we may also need further photographic or video evidence. Additionally, we cannot offer a replacement or refund for devices that have been discarded or thrown away.
Tanks, Clearomisers, and Cartomisers
Due to the consumable nature of tanks, clearomisers, and cartomisers, these products are not covered under warranty. However, if a product is found to be faulty or classified as DOA (dead on arrival), and you notify us within 7 days of receipt, we will either replace the product or offer a refund at our discretion.
To facilitate the return process, you will need to send the product back to us for inspection and testing by our returns team. Please note that we cannot provide replacements or refunds if it is determined that the product was damaged due to user error.
Once your return has been verified, we will supply you with a pre-paid postage label that you can either download and print at home or print in-store.
How To Make A Claim?
If you believe you have purchased a faulty product from iBlaze and wish to initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to our team via email at [email protected], through our live chat, or by calling us at 0161 740 7380. We are here to assist you with your concerns.
For warranty claims, we kindly ask that you provide as much detailed information about the fault as possible. Please include your order number or proof of purchase, along with the serial number and batch number of the product. This information will help us accurately identify your order and trace any issues with the manufacturer if necessary.
iBlaze will require the faulty product to be returned for investigation and testing purposes. Once we verify the issue and confirm that the product is faulty, we will offer either a refund or a replacement. If we determine that the product is not faulty, it will be returned to you at your expense.
