Account Queries

Do I need to create an account  to place an order?

While creating an account with IblazeVape will help you to keep track of your orders, to allow you to collect loyalty points with every order and to receive promotional offers, it isn’t a requirement to place an order. We have a guest checkout option should you wish to not create an account where the only details you will need to provide are your shipping and payment details.


How do I access my account?

To access your account, click the “user” icon located in the top-right corner of the website. If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to sign in or create a new account. Once logged in, the icon will remain visible. Clicking the icon will take you to your account page, or hovering over it will show a dropdown menu where you can manage your dashboard, view orders, addresses, and more. This ensures easy access to your account directly from the navigation bar.


What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it through the Account Sign In page. Click the “user” icon in the top-right corner, then select the ‘Forgotten Password’ link. Follow the steps provided, and you will receive an email with a link to set a new password for your account.


Order Queries

Where Is my order?

If you have successfully placed an order with us you will see an ‘Order Confirmed’ page with the details of what you have ordered and your order number. You will also receive an order confirmation email and you will also see your order in your account page on our website (unless you used the guest checkout option)If you believe you have placed an order on our website but it either isn’t showing on your account page or you haven’t received an order confirmed email please contact us and a member of our team will only be too happy to assist you further.


How do I access my order information?

To access your order information, click the “user” icon in the top-right corner of the website to log into your account. Once logged in, go to the “My Account” page and navigate to the “Orders” tab, where you’ll find a history of all your orders.


For specific order details, click “View Order” next to the relevant order. At the top of this page, you’ll see the tracking information for your order. If you scroll down to the “Order Details” section, you’ll find options to print or download your invoice and reorder the same items with ease. This setup ensures that all your order information is accessible in one place.


My order hasn’t arrived yet?

Depending on which shipping option you choose, some delays that are beyond our control can unfortunately happen but under normal circumstances it can take up to 14 days to receive your order. If you haven’t received your order within 2-3 days please check that your shipping details are correct on either your online account or on the order confirmation email.

If 14 days have passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us and we will track the package for you and resolve any issues as soon as possible.


Does my order come with a warranty?

Please refer to our warranties page for details on the warranty information of all our products.


The item I’m looking for is out of stock, when will it come back in?

At iBlazeVape, we do our best to keep products in stock, but due to the popularity of some items, you may find that certain products are temporarily unavailable. If you come across an out-of-stock product, there will be an option on the product page to ‘Notify me when available.’ Simply enter your email address in the provided field, and we’ll notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.


How do I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes you may want to cancel an order you have placed with us, we just need to know as soon as possible. As we ship orders the same day Monday - Friday we will need to know if you wish to cancel the order before 4pm. If you contact us after 4pm it is likely your order will have already been despatched and in which case you will have to go through the returns process when the order arrives as long as they are in an unopened and re-sellable condition. Please refer to our ‘Returns’ policy for more information.


I want to change my delivery address?

If you have just placed an order with us and you wish to change the delivery address details please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. If however, you contact us after 4pm there’s a high chance that your order will have already been shipped. If your order has already been despatched, we are unable to take any action until the package has been returned to us. Once we have received the order back to us we can then arrange to have the order shipped to a new address.


How do I view previous orders?

To view your previous orders, log into your account by clicking the “user” icon at the top-right corner of the website. Once logged in, go to the “My Account” section and click on the “Orders” tab. This will display a list of all your past orders, showing the order number, date, status, total, and options like “Track” (if the order has been shipped) or “View.


To see the full details of a specific order, click “View.” This will open a page with the complete order details, including items purchased, quantities, prices, and more. From here, you can print or download the invoice (available for processed orders) and access tracking information (available only for shipped orders).


How do I order the same items again?

To reorder the same items from a previous order, log into your account by clicking the “user” icon in the top-right corner of the website. Once logged in, go to the My Account section and click on the Orders tab. Now, for any completed, processing, or failed order, click View Order and scroll down below the order details to find the Order Again option. Click it, and the items from that order will be added to your basket, allowing you to reorder them quickly and easily.


How do I apply a discount code?

To apply a discount code, follow these steps during checkout. Once you’ve added items to your cart, click on the cart icon and proceed to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled “Coupon Code” or “Have a coupon?”. Enter your discount code into this field and click “Apply.” The discount will be applied to your order total if the code is valid. If you encounter any issues, double-check that the code is correct and hasn’t expired.​


Can I stack multiple discount codes together?

Unfortunately not, it’s not possible to stack multiple discount codes together.


How do I redeem the 10% newsletter discount?

When you make your first purchase, you can use the WELCOME10 code to receive 10% off. This code is valid for first-time orders only and can’t be used again. However, if you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive a new 10% discount code that can be used on your next order. This newsletter discount code is valid for one-time use, and we reserve the right to adjust its terms, such as extending its validity or applying it to future orders, at any time.


Shipping Queries

Does IblazeVape ship to my country?

iBlazeVape only ships within the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Do I get a tracking number with my order?

If you’re in the UK and have selected a tracked delivery service at checkout, you’ll receive shipping updates, including your tracking number, via email once your order has been despatched. If you need assistance with your tracking number or order status, please feel free to contact us—we’re here to help.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?


This depends on which shipping option you chose at checkout. Below is a list of estimated delivery times:


  • For RM48 Tracked, we estimate delivery within 2-5 working days, including Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays).
  •  For RM24 Tracked, we estimate delivery within 1-2 working days, with the aim of next-day delivery where possible (excluding Bank Holidays).
  • For DPD, we estimate delivery as next working day for orders placed by the cutoff, or on Saturday if selected.


How will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped in protective jiffy bag envelopes. Larger items like mods, tanks, and kits will be packed in crush-proof boxes to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.​


How quickly will my order be despatched?

Orders placed before 4PM, Monday to Friday, and before 2:30PM on weekends, will be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after these times, or during Bank Holidays, will be despatched on the next working day.​


Has my order been despatched yet?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been despatched. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email then your order hasn’t been shipped yet. If you have any questions or queries regarding your order then please contact us where we will be happy to assist you.


How much does shipping cost?


Shipping costs at iBlazeVape are as follows:


  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.99 for orders under £30, free for orders of £30 or more.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.99 for orders under £45, free for orders of £45 or more.
  • DPD Mainland UK (Next Working Day): £5.99 for orders under £30, £4.99 for orders between £30 and £60, and free for orders over £60.
  • DPD Guaranteed Weekend Delivery UK (Sat-Sun): £7.99 for orders under £40, £6.99 for orders between £40 and £60, and £5.99 for orders over £60 (no free option).


Do you offer next day shipping?

Yes, we do! For mainland UK, we offer DPD next day delivery. This service costs £5.99 for orders under £30, £4.99 for orders between £30 and £60, and is FREE for orders over £60.


Payment and Billing Queries

What cards do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.


Do you accept Klarna?

No, we currently do not accept Klarna as a payment option.


Why does my card keep declining?

There are several reasons why a card may be declined. One common issue is incorrect billing or card details. Make sure the billing address entered exactly matches the address your card is registered to. Although you can use a different shipping address, the billing address must match the card’s registered address for the order to go through.

Check that all card information, including the number, expiry date, and CV2 code, is entered correctly. The CV2 code is the 3-digit number on the back of most cards or the 4-digit number on the front if using American Express.

Make sure you’re using a payment method we support, including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners - Discover, American Express, Payconiq, Cartes Bancaires, Bancomat, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. For orders placed from outside the UK, ensure with your bank that your card can make international purchases.

Problems with my Order

My order arrived incomplete/Items missing?

If your order has arrived incomplete or has missing items please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number and a description of the problem and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible to rectify the issue.


There’s a problem with the products I have ordered?

Should you experience issues with an item you have purchased from IblazeVape please get in touch as soon as possible where we will either
help resolve the issue over the phone (where possible) or arrange to have the item sent back to us to test and verify the issue you are facing with the aim of replacing or refunding the item, whichever is the most suitable. Items have arrived damaged or broken, what do I do?

Once an item has been shipped from us we have no control over what happens to it and unfortunately some things do get damaged in transit. If this happens please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will only be too happy to assist you.
